Natural medicine

Natural medicine is based on natural remedies and energy therapies to promote the body's innate ability to heal.

The 7 Chakras

The 7 Chakras are energy centers located in our body that are connected to specific organs. These centers generate the body's vital energy and allow emotions to flow in harmony.

The 12 Chinese meridians

The Chinese meridians are the channels that allow the flow of vital energy and represent the organs of the body. They are stimulated by finger pressure on specific points on the body.

Reflexology

Reflexology is the representation of the body's vital organs projected onto the face, feet and ears. Finger pressure on points in these areas improves the function of the vital organs.

I 7 Chakra

The 7 Chakras are the energy centers in the body that regulate the flow of vital energy.

Each chakra is connected to certain emotions, organs and aspects of our health. When the chakras are in balance, we feel calm, centered and vital.

When they are blocked, they can cause tiredness, anxiety, physical and emotional tension.

The 7 Chakras are:

  1. Root – Stability and security (legs, feet)

  2. Sacral – Emotions and sensuality (pelvis)

  3. Solar plexus – Self-esteem and personal strength (stomach)

  4. Heart – Love and relationships (heart)

  5. Throat – Communication and truth (throat)

  6. Third eye – Intuition and clarity (forehead)

  7. Crown – Spiritual connection and inner peace (head)

Naturopathy

Naturopathy promotes overall wellbeing by starting with a healthy and functional digestion — a key element for energy, emotional balance, and general health.

During my treatments, I use kinesiology tests based on the body’s responses to identify which part of the digestive system needs attention (such as the stomach, intestines, liver, or pancreas).
Through this deep listening to the body, I can recommend personalized natural supplements, tailored to each individual’s specific needs.

It is essential not only to choose the right remedies, but also to determine the optimal dosage for each person, in order to achieve the most effective results in a gentle, natural way that respects the body’s rhythms.

The chinese meridians

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the body is crossed by 12 main meridians, which are like energy channels through which Qi (vital energy) flows.

Each meridian is connected to a specific physical organ and to certain emotional states.
When the energy in a meridian is blocked or excessive, it can lead to physical, emotional, or mental imbalances.

Chinese meridians often reflect internal disharmony even before symptoms appear physically, making their stimulation a powerful tool for preventing illness.

During my energy treatments, the meridians are stimulated through finger pressure on specific points along their path in the body, helping to restore balance and harmony.

Auricolotherapy

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the ear is a reversed map of the body, resembling the shape of a fetus.

Each reflex point on the ear is connected to a specific organ, emotion, or function.

Manual stimulation or small metal tools are used to treat pain, anxiety, insomnia, addictions, and chronic conditions.

The ear also contains points with a natural anesthetic effect.
These anesthesia points can be stimulate
d to reduce pain in specific areas of the body, thanks to the connection between the ear and the nervous system.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural technique based on the principle that every part of the body is mirrored in specific points, connected through energetic pathways.

By stimulating these reflex points, it is possible to send a message to the corresponding organs and help the body release tension, improve physiological functions, and restore energetic and emotional balance.

Foot Reflexology works on the feet, where all organs and systems of the body are mapped.
It improves digestion, sleep, and circulation, and helps relieve stress and pain.
This treatment is particularly effective for inducing deep relaxation and stimulating the body’s natural self-healing abilities.

Facial reflexology is based on a map of reflex points on the face, each linked to internal organs and vital functions.
The facial stimulation is gentle but deeply effective, especially on the nervous, digestive, and hormonal systems.
It promotes mental relaxation, clarity, and an energetic rejuvenation of the face.
