For over 5 years, I’ve explored the human body in all its dimensions: physical, energetic, and emotional.
In my sessions, I use tools inspired by ancient practices such as Eastern medicine, energy reading, and the knowledge I acquired during my 5 years of osteopathic study.
I don’t offer clinical treatments, but rather experiences of reconnection, presence, and metamorphosis through the body.

Relaxing, enveloping touch, inspired by practices learned in Tenerife's SPA centers
Tactile stimulation of cutaneous, myofascial, and joint receptors, to awaken your body’s perceptual intelligence
Gentle visceral touch, to harmonize abdominal pressure and support deep release
Targeted use of a vibrational massage gun, to stimulate specific areas and encourage deep muscular release

Chakra reading and rebalancing, using both a pendulum and intuitive perception
Sensorial reflexology (foot, facial, auricular), as a gateway to releasing deep-rooted tensions
Experiential kinesiology tests, to observe how the body reacts and communicates in real time
Facial reflexology roller, to gently activate the microsystems of the skin on the face
Acupressure pen, useful for rebalancing reflex areas of the ear according to auriculotherapy principles
